“The clouds seemed attracted to
other as if by a magnet and when
they joined it resembled the swirl
ing black smoke of a gigantic tank
of tar afire, except that the blaze was
missing,” he said. “They seemed to
remain stationary for two or three
minutes. Then with a great roar
the combined cloud began swirling
and started traveling at a rapid rate,
hurtling- toward the ground.
