AGUES.
As I have had a long rest I thought
I would prune my feathers, shake
myself, sharpen mv pencil and come
again,
A much needed rain fell yesterday
and small grain will be put in in a
rush this week in this community.
We of this community have been
blest this year with good crops and
I suppose we all can make up, or
pay up, all. we fell behind last year.
All praise to Mr. P. A. Rogers of
old near Antiyork Aantiyork, for redeeming the
road; and he has put it
in very fair condition for the pres*
ent. I tell you old Reformer aint
living in the world for nothing. He
has some sympathy for a poor old
mail carrier.
