To the Property Owners
If you have some property for sale
at a reasonable price, I wilt be clad to
look it over. It ia a fact that some
people have an idea that a Real Estate
agent can get bigger prices than the;,
can themeelves. The fact is that th*
real live wire Real Estate man usually
has a good list of buyers and he is
much more able to find the right man
for your trade than you are.
I have entered into an agreement
with a corporation, whereby I will
have the names of buyers from all
over the United States as well as in
Georgia; so if you really have land to
sell at reaeonale prices, list it with me
and I will get you a quick trade.
Also, if you want to buy, let me
hear from yon, as I have some real
bargains. Yours for business,
ad. W. T. JACOBS.
