there was a quiet marriage.
Mr. Walter Guy Rivers and
Miss Eula Maxine Pittman
were the parties made hus
band and wife. Ceremony
being performed by Rev. J. E.
Hall, pastor of the Baptist
Church. Miss Pittman is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.
C. Pittman and she is a per
son of unusual charm and
in her own modest way has
won a host of friends. Mr.
Rivers is a young gentleman
of Glenwood and highly re
garded. The young man and
his bride are attending col
lege at B. P. 1., Mt. Vernon,
Ga. Their many friends un
ite in extending congratula
tions and best wishes.
