at the Court-House in Wilkes coun
ty , between the hours of ten and
three o'clocks the following proper
ty —viz :
One negro girl named Nancy ;
taken as the property of Mary Curl,
deceased, to fatisfy an execution in
favor of Gilbert Hay, on the fore
clofure of a mortgage. Pointed
out by plaintiff.

at the expiration of sixty days, af
ter the drawing of the Lottery is
finilhed ; of which due notice will
be given. Prizes not demanded
within fix months after the draw
ing is finilhed, will be viewed as li
beral donations to the Oconee Na
vigation company, and payment
barred accordingly.

two or more securities. The dis
tillers, who have not complied with
the requisitions of the law, laying
additional duty upon spirits distilled,
are molt particularly requested to
comply with the law.
All persons in arrears to the of
fice, are notified that prompt pay
ment is expedted.
My office is kept near Mallory’s
Store, Wilkes county, in which I,
