France, April 10 (TP)— Former Premier Edouard Herriot i believes France's repudiation of her 1 war debt to the United States has killed American sympathy for her war ally. Herriot expressed that view in a campaign address given at Lyons, where he maintained that France now Is diplomatically and econom ically virtually isolated from the United Statoa. Mrs. Odelaide Koetting char ges the dog tripped her one day while she was walking in the park. The dog’s owner, Mm. Eunice Caron, is the defendants. Mrs. Oaron was giving the pup an airing n the park. She unleashed him for a moment, and he bounded dewn the path. Mrs. K:etting says the dog ran between her feet, causing her to fall. Senators Murphy and Thomas,both Democrats, are serving on the committee with LaFollottee. Chairman Madden of the national labor relations board is appearing as the first witnesg. As its opening step, the committee is probing into indus try’s use of labor spies and strike breaking devices to crush out union organizations. Madden will be followed on the stand by Clinton Golden, Pittsburgh region al director of the labor board; Heber Blankenhorn, a member cf the board’s research staff, and two workers whose name* are eing held secret until they appear.
