I met last night to decide on whether
Zioncheck should have their support

: Those who disliked Zioncheck’s
court experiences showed slipping in
their attempt to prove that the young
congressman was undignified, to say

Zioncheck was offered. It was booed

J BOAT CREWS SEEN AS
r PROBABLE CAUSE
r
p BRIDGETON, N. J., May 18 (TP)
1 —Sabotage is suspected in the sinking
> of the fishing boat, “S. K. Parks”,
which went down in Delaware Bay
with the loss of one life.
! The firshing boat, carried nearly 30
k excursion fishermen when it anchor
ed off Fortescue, N. J., for a day’s
( sport. Captain A. L. Downs noticed
that soon after he reached the fishing
, banks, the schooner began to take
' water. Pumping proved useless and
the vessel’s passengers were handed
lifebelts and ordered to abandon ship.
Other fishing craft rescue all pas
sengers, except a negro deckhand,
Robert Owen. Owen’s body was picked
up several hours after the schooner
sank. Police said the deckhand prob-
• ably suffered a heart attack during
the excitement.
Captain Downs said bitter competi
tion among fishing boat crews may
have led to sabotage. The “S. K.
Parks”, he reported, was overhauled
recently and was found to be in A-l
condition.

“The purpose of the law,” Anthony
explained, “is to prevent the unfair
jailing of husbands and also to force
the courts to make awards within
the means of the divorced or separat
ed husbands.”
