(rtj'tsvcLwti-' tlcrtUxiA) AN ALL ABOARD OR ALL ASHORE OUTFIT with the Requisites of Voyaging We haven’t heard much recently of the “See America First” movement, but the record bookings for trans-oceanic sailings would indicate that Americans are again on the “go,” and local attrac tions should look to their laurels. The returning voyager, illustrated in the throes of customs inspection, has an expression that indicates he has, perhaps, forgotten to declare a couple of sou venir purchases. We hope he gets away with it, but customs inspectors are unpleasantly thorough. As usual, our major concern is with his outfit, which is a practical selection for either sailing or landing. The black or navy flannel has a white cable stripe, and the model is double breasted. Dinner clothes are not in order for the first night out or the last night aboard. This suit will serve admirably until luggage is opened after sailing, or after packing up before land ing. The shoes are of brown buckskin in a town last. The camel’s hair coat over his arm is as essential as sea legs for ocean voyagerp. -V “ 1 bm .A., i" IMPORTANT NOTE: Ten cents in stamps and stamped self-addressed envelope brings you “Esquire’s Etiquette of Weddings” containing complete and authentic information on the clothes for various types of weddings and wedding customs. ESQUIRE will answer all questions on men’s fashions. Write MEN’S FASHION DEPART MENT, THE SAVANNAH DAILY TIMES, and enclose a self-addressed _ stamped envelope for reply.
