ENDS IN TRAGEDY DEATH IS AFTERMATH TO FASHIONABLE WED DING NEW ORLEANS, La. June 27 (TP) A brawl that followed a fashionable wedding at New Orleans today ended with the death of one man and man slaughter charged against another. The victim was 22-year-old Som mers Carpenter, prominent young New Orleans society man. His friend, James Percy, is accused of striking him during the excimtement. Carpenter broke his neck as he plunged to the floor in the kitchen of a swank New Orleans club. A score of debutantes, society ma trons and clubmen witnessed Carpen ter’s death.
