par value of One Hundred ($100.00)

to have the right to increase said
capital stock, in the discretion of Its
stockholders and directors, to any
amount not to exceed Ttventy-five
Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars and
similarly to decrease said stock not

be incorporated for a period of twen
