DAMAGES FOR BREACH
OF CONTRACT
SOUTH BEND, Ind., July 11 (TP)
—A descendant of the famous circus
family, John Robinson, has his name
in federal court records today at
South Bend.
John Robinson IV of Cincinnati
wants $1,000,000 damages be claims
to have suffered through an alleged
contract violation.
Robinson claims the circus founded
100 years ago by his great-grand
father, the original John Robinson,
was sol din 1916 to Jeremiah Mugl
van and Bert Bowers of Peru, Ind. He
says the contract stipulated that the
Robinson estate should have first
chance at the show if they wanted
to buy it back.
In 1934, Robinson charges he tried
