Divide Games
Although it was cold, rain
ing and the roads and bridges
were icy, Ye Editor and wife
journeyed over to Southeast
Bulloch school for the basket
ball games last Friday night,
and we never regretted the
trip at all.
We realized that ?po little
Bryan” was playing out of
their class, but we figured we
might lose the girls game, but
had “hopes” that our little fel
lows would put a skinning on
the giants of Southeast Bul
loch, and that was just what
happened. The girls lost their
game by about twenty-one
points, and we are sure that
our little “men” didn’t like
the way their girls were treat
ed and they went out and pro
ceeded to put a skinning on
the Southeast Bulloch boys
that they will long remember,
and defeated them by a larger
score than the little ladies
from Bryan lost their game.

east Bulloch players was jam
med to capacity, and they were
a “hollering and a whooping”
from the start, but as time
run on and our little fellows
took after their boys, the tune
changed, except when the
Referees penalized Bryan and
gave them some extra shots.
Y'e Editor and wife came
home a great deal happier
with a feeling of putting a
“skinning’ ’on the Southeast
Bulloch boys that more than
made up for our less to the
girls. The scores of both
games were as follows; in the
girls game Southeast Bulloch
won by a score of 59 to 46 for
Bryan, and the boys game was
Bryan County 70 and South
east Buloch 47.
Raymond McCoy, Doug De-
Loach and Mike Owens were
high scorers for the boys.
