Mrs. J. T. Wood left last Tues¬ day for a visit to friends in Thomasville. Col. W. H- Branch, of Magno¬ lia, is visiting his daughter, Mrs W. W. Cullens. Mr. P. E. Bailey, of Newton, was shaking hands with friends in Camilla lasb Sunday. Prof. C. L. Brown and Com. J. A. Powell attended to business in this city Wednesday. Air. R. C. Winchester, of Ba conion, attended to business in Camilla last Wednesday. Messrs. Butler and Acr^e shipped a car containing 147 hogs to Jacksonville yesterday. Mr. B. F. Ketchum, of Colum¬ bus, is visiting in Camilla this week, the guest of Rev. C. T. Clark. Rev. Mr. Blewett, pastor of Evergreen, was detained at his home in Decatur county Sunday by sickness in his family. Elder J. L. Underwood supplied the pulpit.
