bring this as their petition pursuant to
the provisions of an act of tlie General
Assembly of Georgia-, approved Decem¬
ber 20th 1803, and respectfully shows:

Notice is hereby given that, by an or

5th, 1904. a copy of which is published

Section II. Be it further ordained by
the authority aforesaid that notice of
said election be given the people,—qual¬
ified voters,—of said Town of Camilla
by notice signed by tlie Mayor of said
town and the Clerk of the Council of
said town published as prescribed by law.
Section HI. Be it further ordained
by the authority aforesaid that if the issue

If the issufj-rif said bonds is voted for
by the requisst two-thirds of the quali¬
fied voters of.-eaid town, then, and before
tlie proposed -debt is incurred, an ordi¬
nance shall be passed providing for the
issue and sale thereof and making pro¬
vision, at the same time, for the assess¬
ment and collection of annual taxes suf¬
ficient in amount to pay the principal
and interest of said debt within thirty
years from the date of incurring said in¬
debtedness.
