Also appeal case of Robert Rachals, Jr., was taken up and Mayor’s decision was sustained. Defendant gave notice of certiorari. On motion nuisance case of old wood¬ en building belonging to Stubbs heirs was continued to next regular meeting. On motion Cemetery Committee was requested to have old cemetery put in a respectable condition. On motion council gave Editor Allen twenty-five dollars extra pay for pub¬ lishing bond election notice. City Marshall made bis report for the month just ending. Total amount $107.
