Well, the drouth is broken at
last- The first rain fall for more

The editor of the Enterprise
is off with Mr. Stewart, the Tax
Collector, on his rounds this week,
getting acquainted with the peo¬
ple.
Mr. Charlie Gillenwaters, is
fast recovering from his recent
wounds. He is now able to walk
about the bouse and will soon be
able to get out and attend to his
business again.
Misses Toy Hilliard and Lota
Spence returned last Saturday
from a visit to relatives at Pel¬
ham and also at the home of their
mutual friend, Mrs. Arline, at
Meigs.
Misses Lota and Zana Spence
left yesterday on a three weeks
trip to different points in Florida.
Among other places, they will
visit Panacea Springs, which is
growing in popularity as a health
resort, thence down on the Bay
and to Shell Point. The Enter¬
prise wishes for them a pleasant
trip.
On account of Robinson’s pir
cus the Atlantic Coast Line will
hold train 74 at Thomasvilie,
Monday October 31st, to accom¬
modate passengers on the Albany
Branch.
