Whereas A. T. Jones, administrator
of J. W. Beasley represents to the court
in his petition duly filed and entered on
record that lie has fully administered J.
W. Beasley’s estate, this is therefore to
cite all persons concerned, kindred and
creditors to siiow cause, if any they can,
wliy said administrator should not be
discharged from his administration, and
receive letters of dismission on the first
Monday in November 11109.

Ordinary of said County, granted at the
regulor term in January 1907, will he
sold at public outcry to the highest bid¬
der on the first Tuesday in November
1900, at the Court House of said County,
between the legal hours of sale, the fol¬
lowing real estate, all situated in the
11th district of said County, and belong¬
ing to the estate ol O. R. Twitty, to-wit:
The North two-thirds of what is
known as the Ward Place, on lot of land
No. 49, the North two-thirds of said
place lying and being in the North-west
part of said lot, and including the North
west corner of the lot and containing
one hundred acres, more or less.
Also the South Half of lot of land No.
73, containing one hundred and twenty
five (125) acres, more or less.

Mitchell County:
By virtue of an order of the court of
Ordinary, said County, will be sold at
public outcry on the 2nd day of Novem¬
ber, 1909, at the Court House in said
County, between the usual hours of sale
the following real estate, situated in
Mitchell County, to-wit:
90 acres of land more or less, in the
South-west corner of lot of land No. 40
in the 10th District of Mitchell County
Georgia, bounded as follows: on the
East by public road and land of J. W.
Butler, on the South by the original
land lot lines, and on the West and
South by an established dividing line.
Those two Pelham town lots known
and distinguished in the plan of said
town as lots Nos. 67 and 68 in Block D.,
according to the map and survey of said
town, made hv Thrupp & Thrupp, said
lots fronting West 30 feet each on East
Railroad Street, and extending back
East 150 feet to Horton street, bounded
on the North by lot No. 69, on the South
by the James Livery Stable.
That lot in the town of Pelham known
and distinguished in the plan of said
town as lot No. 69. in block D. accord¬
ing to map and survey of said town by
Thrupp & Thrupp, bounded on the
North by a certain street, and extending
back East 150 feet, on the North by an
alley, and on the South by lot No. 68
and on the West by Railroad street.
Also (114) ono hundred and fourteen
acres of land off of the South side of lot
No 252, in the 10th District of Mitchell
county, bounded as follows: on the
North by land of William Tucker, and
the Soutli by original line and laud of
J. L. Hand, on the West by original
line and land of W. N. Spence, on
tho East by public road running through
said lot. Also one town lot in the town
of Pelham, Ga., bounded on the South
by Carry Street, on the East by land of
Joe Hill on the North by alley and on the
West by land of John Hollingsworth,
about one acre more or less.
The sale will continue from day to
day between the same |hours until tho
