Whereas A. T. .Tones, administrator
of J. W. Beasley represents to the court
in his petition duly filed and entered on
record that he has fully administered J.
W. Beasley’s estate, this is therefore to
cite all persons concerned, kindred and
creditors to show cause, if any they can,
why said administrator should not be
discharged from his administration, and
receive letters of dismission on the first
Monday in November 1909.

regnlor term in January 1907, will be
sold at public outcry to the highest bid¬
der on the first Tuasday in November
1909, at the Court House of said County,
between the legal hours of sale, the fol¬
lowing real estate, all situated in the
11 th district of said County, and belong¬
ing to the estate ol O. R. Twitty, to-wit:
The North two-thirds of what is
known as the Ward Place, on lot of land
No. 49, the North two-tliirds of said
place lying and being in the North-west
part of said lot, and including the North
west corner of the lot and containing
one hundred acres, more or less.
Also the South half of lot of land No.
78, containing one hundred and twenty
five (125) acres, more or less.

By virtue of an order of the court of
Ordinary, said County, will be sold at
public outcry on the 2nd day of Novem¬
ber, 1909, at the Court House in said
Comity, between the usual hours of sale
the following real estate, situated iu
Mitchell County, to-wit:
90 acres of laud more or loss, iu the
South-west corner of lot of land No. 40
in the 10th District of Mitchell County
Georgia, bounded as follows: on the
East by public road aud laud of J. W.
Butler, ou the South by tlie original
land lot lines, and on the West and
South by an established dividing line.
Those two Pelham town lots known
aud distinguished iu the plan of said
town as lots Nos. 67 and 08 in Block D.,
according to the map and survey of said
town, made by Thrupp & Thrupp, said

Railroad Street, and extending back
