The Supervisors of Census for
the Second District of Georgia has
received many applications for ap¬
pointment as enumerators. From
some of the counties of the district
there are already more applicants
than there will be places to fill,
while from other counties the num¬
ber is small—in some scarcely any.
Applications, to he considered
must be made in the handwriting
of the applicant, and mailed to E.
L. Rainey, Supervisor of Census,
Dawson, Ga. The receipt of ap¬
plications are acknowledged, the
applicant’s name recorded, and
later on each applicant will be
sent a blank to be filled out and
returned to the Supervisor.
