Mrs. Ida Castlebery spent a few
days last week with her sister,
Mrs. A F. Richter.
Quite a number of our young
people spent Thursday at the Blue
Sinks and Big Fish Pond. Those
who went along were Misses Jew¬
ell Powe, Frances Bulloch, Belva
Bailey, Minnie and Gussie Rich¬
ter, Gussie Taylor, Cecil Burgess,
and Messers Ben and Raleigh Bur¬
gess, Jim Waters, Ewell Powe, L.
C. and Dan Bullard and Oswell
Burgess. Mrs. Ida Castlebery
chaperoned the crowd. They re¬
port a fine time and plenty of fish.
Mr. Jim Glausier visited his
family a few days the latter part
of the week.
Miss Gussie Taylor accompanied
by Mr. J. R. Burgess returned to
his home in Abridge Sunday.
Miss Frances Bulloch spent a
few days last week with friends in
this vicinity.

Richter spent Sunday at the Lime
Sink down in Grady county.

Good Meeting Closed.
The revival meeting which has
been going on for the past two
weeks at the East Pelham Baptist
Church was closed last Sunday
night. Quite a number was add¬
ed to the church.
The meeting was conducted by
Rev. T. A. White of Thomasvilie,
Rev. A. J. Cone, Rev. Bob Tins¬
ley’, Rev. S. M. Atkins, and th j
pastor, Rev. Murphy.
The baptizing took place at the
lake near the cotton mill last Sun¬
day evening.
