that other treatments relieved only
temporarily. New Discovery is doing
me so much good that I feel confi¬
dent its continued use for a reason
able length of time will restore me
to perfect health.” This renowned

The Georgia Legislatures right
in behind the Georgia dog. The
bill of Mr. Trent to require all
dogs to be muzzled in Georgia or
else slain, has been reported
favorable by the committee, and
it is said that there is some pros¬
pect of its passage by the House.

Buck-draught Liver Medicine
The reputation of this old, relia¬
ble medicine, for constipation, in¬
digestion and liver trouble, is firm¬
ly established. It does not imitate
other medicines. It is better than
others, or it would not be the fa¬
vorite liver powder, with a larger
sale than all others combined.
SOLD IN TOWN F?
A Great Land Opening.
Washington, D. C,, June 22,1908.
A number of exceptional op¬
portunities are now being offered
by the Government for enterpris¬
ing and intelligent farmers to se¬
cure choice farms on a dozen or
more large irrigation projects
which are now hearing comple¬
tion.
Owing to the rapid narrowing
of the limits of the unoccupied
public domain, it is doubtful if
these opportunities will ever oc¬
cur again. It is probable, there¬
fore, that the West will see one of
the greatest influxes of hotneseek
ers in 1908 that has been witness¬
ed in many years.
The great fertility and wonder¬
ful crop yields from irrigated
lands, and the favorable terms
the Government offers settlers,
warrants the belief that before
the year closes not a single farm
will be without its entry man.
These farms are located in North
Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and
Nevada.
A letter addressed to The Sta¬
tistician, U. S. Reclamation Ser¬
vice, Washington, D. C., will se¬
cure full information concerning
the location, soil, climate, crop
possibilities, and terms of dis¬
posal.
