PANIC
Our Sales have been good but we had more goods than we thought and in order
to wipe them out we have decided to let everything go at these greatly reduced prices
for just 15 days longer. If you don’t take advantage of this sale, who will be the
looser? Look at our goods and then answer this question.

Thanksgiving Offering.
Miss Florence Upson, who was
instrumental in getting tip, by
popular contribution, a Thanks¬
giving offering for the children of
the Thornwell Orphanage, has re¬
ceived the following letter of
thanks:
Clinton, S. C., November 28.—
Miss Florence Upson, Pelham,
Ga.—My Dear Miss Upson: Your
very welcome and most helpful
Thanksgiving offering of $12 col¬
lected from friends came safely
to hand, and I assure you that it
was both needed and most help¬
ful, It fills my heart with grati¬
tude to know that these friends so
love these little people and are
willing to share their gift with
them. Separated as they are from
friend and kindred, sometimes
they might feel as if they were
forgotten were it not that the
hand of sympathy aud love is so
often held out to them. May our
Lord reward you and these friends
for it.
The children had a delightful
Thanksgiving, both in the church
services of the day and in the de¬
lightful dinner spread for them
by their friends and in the social
pleasures of the evening, and they
wiir long remember it. And they
are worthy children, indeed, for
whom you are doing this. Among
the 250 in the Home there is not
one that does not, show promise
of a good future.
God bless a*ui keep you safely
and do great things for you, even
as you have done for His little
ones. Faithfully yours,
W. P. JACOBS.
We appreciate your trade, and when
Thanksgiving comes we can truly say
we are thankful for your trade.
