nipt—in Bankruptcy.
Under and by virtue of an order
granted by the Honorable Clayton
Jones, referee in the above stated case
and court, 1 will sell at public out¬
cry, to the highest bidder for cash,
beforo the court house door at Ca¬
milla, Mitchell county, Georgia, on
Tuesday, February 2, 1909, beginning
at 11 o’clock a. m., the following de¬
scribed property heretofore belonging
to J. R. King, bankrupt:
A one-half 04) undivided interest
in 113 acres, more or Jess, being part
of lot of land number one hundred
and thirty (180), in the Tenth (10th)
District of Mitchell county, Georgia,
being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest cor¬
ner of lot number seven (7) in Block
“A” in the plan of the town of Maple
ton ; running thence North to the old
stage road ; thence running with said
road to North line of said lot one hun¬
dred and thirty (130); thence West
to corner; thence South along the
West line to railroad right-of-way.
A one-half 04 ) undivided interest
in twenty-live (25) acres, more or
less, of lot one hundred and fifty-one
(151) in the Tenth (10th) District of
Mitchell county, Georgia, being the
South one-half 04 ) of a fifty-acre
tract in the Northeast corner of said
lot one hundred and fifty-one (151.)
Said sale will be made subject to
the confirmation of the court. The
successful bidder, at the time of sale,
will be required to deposit a check for
10 per cent, of the amount of his bid,
to be applied on the purchase money
if the sale is confirmed, which will be
returned to him if the sale is not con¬
firmed.

property heretofore belonging to Jesse
Howse and J. F. Mansfield :

bankrupt Jesse Howse:
(a) A one-half 04) undivided inter¬
est in 113 acres, more or less, being

dred and thirty (130) in the Tenth
(10th) District of Mitchell county,
Georgia, being more particularly de¬
scribed as follows :

more or less, in the Tenth (10th) Dis¬
trict of Mitchell county, Georgia, be¬
ing lots numbers twenty-five (25) and
fifty-six (50), each of said lots con¬
taining 250 acres, more or less.
All sales will be made subject to the !
confirmation of the court. The suc¬
cessful bidder, at the time of sale,
w ill be required to deposit a check for
10 per cent, of the amount of his bid,
to be applied on the purchase money
if tlie sale is confirmed, which will be
returned to hint if the sale is not con¬
firmed.
