scribed property heretofore belonging
to J, R. King, bankrupt: /
A one-half (%) undivided interest
in UH acres, more or less, being part
of lot of land number one hundred
and thirty (180), in the Tenth (10th)
District of Mitchell county, Georgia,
being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest

“A” in the plan of the town of Maple
ton ; running thence North to the old
stage road ; thence running with said

to corner; thence South along the
West line to railroad right-of-way.
A one-half (H) undivided interest
In twenty-five (25) acres, more or
less, of lot one hundred and fifty-one
(161) in the Tenth (10th) District of
Mitchell county, Georgia, being the
South one-half (%) of a fifty-acre
tract in the Northeast cornet of said
lot one hundred and fifty-one (151.)
Said sale will be made subject to
the confirmation of the court. The
successful bidder, at the time of sale,
will be required to deposit a check for
10 per cent, of the amount of his bid,
to be applied on the purchase money
if the sale is confirmed, which will be
returned to him if the sale is not con¬
firmed .

All sales will be made subject to the
