WM. B. STEPHENS, DAVID C. BARROW, Joseph McCarthy, A. P. ADAMS. SAVANNAH, GA., JUNE 11, 1906. i 0* OUR LABOR CANDIDATE The laboring people of this city compose a large and influential class. They have re peatedly asked The Citizens Club for repre sentation and their request has been denied. The People’s Democratic League have placed on their ticket a laboring man of high type. All the laboring people have ever gotten from the Citizens Club is promises which were not kept. The People’s Democratic League has proven its interest in labor. SHERIFF’S OFFICE The trouble about John Schwarz is that he is Sheriff in name only. His Chief Dep uty gets most of the revenue of the office, and the Boss dictates what shall be done. The Major says: “My hands are tied”, or “The Boys made me do it”. We want a Sheriff who will be Sheriff. LOOK OUT FOR FAKE TICKETS Read your ballot carefully and see to it that the name of every one you wish to vote for is on it. Be sure the Executive Commit tee has but twenty-four names.
