The firemen of the State will meet here on the 28th. The Air-Line has not sent in any excursion parties. The tire extinguisher attracts a good deal of attention. Yesterday was Rome's day, and the Romans enjoyed it finely. The suit of clothes for Edward At kinson was made last Monday. •Drummer's day will be on the 30th, and a lively one it will be, too. The Ceut-al lailroad has reduced the fare to one cent per mile on special excursion days. Judge Henderson and Capt. New man are working like Turks to show up Georgia’s advantages.
