Team organizers said members did an outstand ing job with many placing high and winning cash and awards. PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE TEAM COMPETES The Banks County High FFA Parliamentary Procedure Team recently competed in the Area 2 Career Development Event in Athens where they placed fourth out of 13 teams. Team mem bers include, from left, Koltan Pendley, Ashley McCoy, Savannah Ervin, Quinton Krieg, Caiti Brown and Kelly Brown. SHOWMANSHIP AWARD Faith Turk won first place in showmanship at the Hart EMC Pig Classic. RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION Brett Boling won Reserve Grand Champion with his Hampshire Cross Gilt. Also pictured is Jim McMoy of Real McCoy Genetics. LAND JUDGING TEAMS The Banks County High School FFA Jr. and Sr. Land Judging teams recently com peted in the area two career develop ment event where both teams placed second and advanced to the state contest in Lyons, Ga. At the state contest, the senior team placed sixth and the junior team placed seventh. Senior team members include, from left, Jessie Carlan, Jenna Tankersley, Brooke Chapman and Branson Simons. Junior team members include, from left, Wyatt Hill, Justin Masters, Jordan Judd and Jacob Redding.
