Second Annual Horse Lover's Field Day
GAITED WALKER
A parade of gaited horses was a part of the recent Horse Lover's
Field Day held at Grove River Ranch in Gillsville. The event was
sponsored by the Banks County 4-H Horsemanship Club and the
Banks County extension office.
DRESSAGE DEMONSTRATION
A dressage demonstration was presented at the Horse Lover's
Field Day held Saturday, March 29, at Grove River Ranch in
Gillsville.

The event was sponsored by the Banks
County 4-H Horsemanship Club and the
Banks County extension office.
The day included informational exhibits,
a parade of draft horse breeds, classes on
horse topics, a dressage demonstration, a
parade of gaited horses, a reining demon
stration, a cowboy mounted shooting dem
onstration and vendors selling equine items.
Among those presenting classes at the
event included: Dr. Kira Epstein, Butch
Human, Dr. Dennis Hancock and Dr. Gary
Heusner.
4-H'ERS READY TO ROLL
Banks County 4-H'ers are shown on a wagon at the second

AT HORSE FIELD DAY
The second annual Horse Lover's Field Day included the presen
tation of many different breeds of horses. The day included a

sage demonstration, a parade of gaited horses, a reining dem
onstration and a cowboy mounted shooting demonstration.
SADDLE VENDOR
Vendors selling equine items were at the second annual Horse
