Incidents Cooper stolen from Alto residence A homeowner reported a theft of cooper from his resi dence on Winds Drive in Alto last week. According to a Banks County Sheriff’s Office report, the resident said the cooper coils were taken from two air conditioner units behind his residence. The man said a neighbor has noticed a car pull into the driveway the previous day but could not give a description.
