Superintendent of Banks County schools, Mr. Erwin, spoke highly of Jay during special Memorial Day weekend services at Homer Methodist and read a letter from BCHS head track coach Rob Moffet. Jay recently competed in the state track meet in Jefferson, wheelchair division, where he captured two state titles, win ning both the 200 and 800 meter races.
