to school by

afternoon in
the park. This
was the fifth
year for the
back to school
event and it
has seen sig
nificant growth,
according to
Robin Trotter
the direc
tor of Family
Connections.
Getting ready for back-to-school
VOLUNTEERS SET UP
Volunteers with Family Connections help to set up before
the Supplies for Success event kicked off Thursday. Family
Connections brought approximately 250 book bags with supplies
for children in kindergarten through sixth grade, supplies were
also on hand for seventh through twelfth grades.
JAMESON ON HAND
State Representative Jeanette Jamieson was on
hand to help pass out school supplies at the fifth
annual Supplies for Success. Jamieson gives Haley
Lewallen a backpack with school supplies.
