host homecoming
Mt. Pleasant United Methodist
Church, Banks County, will host a
homecoming Sunday, August 10, at
11 a.m. The guest speaker will be
the Rev. Dugar Strickland.
A revival will be held Sunday
through Wednesday, August 10 -
13, at 7 p.m. nightly.
The guest speakers are: Sunday,
the Rev. Rick Price; Monday, the
Rev. Lynn Gibson; Tuesday, the Rev.
Deron Crocker and Wednesday, the
Rev. Jan Devereaux.

services to be held

revival services Monday through

Commerce First United
Methodist Church’s youth ministry
will host a youth program tided
“Focus on Jesus 2008,” Friday
through Sunday, August 15 - 17, in

The band “2 West” will perform
and lead singing.
There will be food, music, mes
sage, events and a dinner. Every
evening will conclude with a mes
sage.

youth.

Enon Baptist Church, Alto,
will host a fundraiser “Bazaar”

Booths will be set up with various

a giant slide, face painting, tattoos,
a bake sale and tickets for a hand
made afghan.
