Accident Reports The Georgia Bureau of Investigation maintains a list of registered sex offenders on its website (www.ganet. org/gbi). The GBI is the central reposi tory for Georgia’s Violent Sexual Offender Registry. The registry con tains information about sex offenders who have been released from prison, placed on probation, parole or super vised released after July 1, 1996. The website contains a search form where offenders may be located based on name, city, zip code or county. For each offender, the website details the offender’s address, physi cal description, age, date of convic tion and crime. Most of the offenders also have photos available. By state law, a sex offender will be notified by the Georgia Department of Corrections, the Georgia Board of Pardons & Paroles, and/or private probation agencies that they must register as a sex offender with a sheriff and their county of residence, county of employment and county where they are attending school. Sexual offenders will remain on the registry for a period of 10 years and will receive a verification form each year on the anniversary of their initial registration. Sexual predators are required to verify their informa tion every 90 days and remain on the registry for life. As of July 1, 1999, sexual offend ers who have more than one prior conviction for an offense listed by state law - or who have been con victed of an aggravated offense, such as aggravated child molestation - will remain on the registry for life and will receive a verification form each year on the anniversary of their initial registration. If the offender is enrolled, employed or carries on a vocation at an institution of higher education in Georgia, they are required to provide the name, school address or enroll ment status. Offenders who move to another state are required to report to the sheriff’s office where they last registered with in the state, and to designate a law enforcement agency in their new state of residence. Offenders who move to another county in Georgia, are required to register with the sheriff of their new county of residence in addition to notifying the sheriff of their previous county of residence. •Gabriel Lee Escamillia, 19,5025 Living Road, Flowery Branch, driving with a suspended license. •Loretta Graham Escoe, 48, 23 Amberly Drive, Hill, failure to appear. •Ricardo Miranda Herandez, 26, 5291 Old Atlanta Road, Hampton, driving without a license. •Sheila Ann Lott, 48, 1340 Dunn Drive, Gainesville, probation vio lation. •Ulices Ramirez Mandoza, 23, 1411 Appian Way, Lawrenceville, driving without a license and driv ing vehicle without proper tag. •Brandon Boyed Meeks, 20, Mount Sinai Road, Lula, posses sion of alcohol by a minor. •Richard Eric Moore, 34, 169 Primrose Lane, Milford, Penn., battery (Family Violence Act). •Farrell Estee Nation, 49, 4952 Hwy. 51 South, Lula, open con tainer violation. •Joshua Nathaniel Pressley, 25, 700 Underwood Road, Alto, giv ing false information to a law enforcement officer.
