Banks County Board of Commissioners PUBLIC HEARING SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR BANKS COUNTY The Banks County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to present a draft update to the Solid Waste Management Plan for public review and comment in accordance with the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act. The draft plan addresses unincorporated Banks County only and is intended to update and replace the existing Solid Waste Management Plan. Date: September 16, 2008 Time: 5:30 P.M.
