Horse Association’s last show of the 2008 season
Banks County Horse
Association hosted their last
show of the 2008 season
on Saturday, November 8.
Regardless of the weather
being a little breezy, there
was a great turn out. Adults
and kids of all ages came out
to have a good time.
The beginner classes had
10 entries and these kids
did great. The judge had to
choose carefully with this
group because they all did
wonderful.
A special guest came out
and participated. Ms. Cynthia
Warford may be blind but that
does not stop her from achiev
ing her goals. She recently
began coming to Ms. Marcia
Christopher’s barn to get
riding lessons. On Saturday
she rode in her first begin
ner class with her trainer,
Quinnon Coggins, coaching
her along. Congratulations
were definitely in order this
special lady. Ms. Warford
said that she would be back
next season and will be ready
to ride again.
Banks County Horse
Association would like to
thank everyone who came
out and made this year a
terrific year. BCHA’s next
season will begin in March
2009. Please watch for more
