PACE 12A THE BANKS COUNTY NEWS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1 3, 2008 Horse Association’s last show of the 2008 season Banks County Horse Association hosted their last show of the 2008 season on Saturday, November 8. Regardless of the weather being a little breezy, there was a great turn out. Adults and kids of all ages came out to have a good time. The beginner classes had 10 entries and these kids did great. The judge had to choose carefully with this group because they all did wonderful. A special guest came out and participated. Ms. Cynthia Warford may be blind but that does not stop her from achiev ing her goals. She recently began coming to Ms. Marcia Christopher’s barn to get riding lessons. On Saturday she rode in her first begin ner class with her trainer, Quinnon Coggins, coaching her along. Congratulations were definitely in order this special lady. Ms. Warford said that she would be back next season and will be ready to ride again. Banks County Horse Association would like to thank everyone who came out and made this year a terrific year.
