Olive Baptist Church, Commerce, will hold a ben efit singing for Ronnie Wil kes Friday, Dec. 6, at 6:30 p.m. in the Family Life Cen ter. Wilkes, a well-known Commerce hairdresser, has suffered some major health problems and has been out of work. Special guests will include “Clarke Kesler & Friends,” Gerald Sweatman, “The Maxwells” and Stella Parnell. Danny O'Day will be the M.C. There will be a cake auction and hot dogs and beverages will be sold. Tick ets are $5. A large number of scouts, leaders and other well-wishers were on hand to convey personal congratula tions to Mitchell and his parents. Troop 106, to which Mitchell belongs, is spon sored by the church and meets weekly at a scout hut near the Banks County farm.
