Pack and Troop 106 recognizes its volunteers
Each year, during the
month of April, the Boys
Scouts of America makes an
official and public thank you
to its tens of thousands of
volunteers across this great
nation for unselfishly giving
their time and other resourc
es in an effort to build char
acter in our youth while mak
ing our communities better
places to live.
“The BSA could not exist
without these volunteers and
our youth would lose that
positive influence in their
lives,” state leaders.
“Each year, in Banks
County, we are blessed by
men and women who see
the importance of not only
supporting their sons with
membership but also volun
teering to become leaders
for the many boys in both
Pack and Troop 106,” Daryl
White states.
“In our many articles we
celebrate the accomplish
ments of our scouts while
acknowledging the impor
tance of their parents and
many volunteers who help
them every step of the way.
However, with this article we
would like to publicly thank
the many volunteers, both
past and present, of the lead
ership of Pack and Troop
106. Many of these volun
teers serve in multiple roles
and also may serve in both
the pack and the troop. Lead
ership with conviction for the
values taught in scouting and
with hearts focused on what
is best for each individual
boy is what makes 106 so
strong and so right for many
of the youth in our commu
nity.”
The following individuals
are currently volunteering in
either Pack or Troop 106:
