Mr. Love was bom in Winder, a son to the late Ernest and Roberta Un derwood Love. Mr. Love was a supervisor with Dundee Mills in Gaines ville and worked in en vironmental services at Northeast Georgia Medi cal Center in Gainesville. Mr. Love was a member of the Pendergrass Bap tist Church, he loved his Jefferson Dragons and was the world’s greatest papa. In addition to his parents, Mr. Love was preceded in death by his siblings, David Lamar Love, Evalene Major and Sue Love Pethel. Survivors include his daughter, Ashley Day and her husband Ken, Gainesville; son, Phillip Love and his wife Megan, Llowery Branch; grandchildren, Anna Belle, Jackson, Mia, Gracelynn and MaryClaire; sib lings, Jack Love, Virginia Hoopbaugh, Jim Love, all of Pendergrass, Jerry Love, Talmo, Judy Love Wat son, Pendergrass, and Mike Love, Gainesville; and his special friends, Pam Love and Cheryl Love also survive. Mr. McEver was born in Talmo, a son of the late R.H. “Hubert” and Llorence Carter McEver, was a mem ber and Deacon of the Talmo Baptist Church, Johnnies Hill Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and the Shriners. Mr. McEver, along with his father and brothers, owned and operated the R.H. McEver Packing Company for many years, employing many people of the area and producing the famous McEver Brand of pork and beef prod ucts still sold in stores today. In addition to his parents, Mr. McEver is preced ed by his wife of 70 years, Caroldene Blackstock McEver; sisters, Sarah McEver Kinney and Peggy McEver Griffin; and brothers, Joe Carter McEver and Lloyd McEver. Pat was bom in Hart ford, Conn, on March 26, 1939, the daughter of Alfred and Ramona (Williams) Champany. Pat held various jobs over the years. Her joy was her family and friends. Pat was predeceased by her husband, Ray mond E. Paine; and sons Stephen and Christopher Anderson. Jerry Morris Stowe, 73, Homer, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at North east Georgia Medical Center. Born November 23, 1947 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Rev. J. W. and Mozelle Looney Stowe. Jerry graduated in 1965 from Stephens County High School, attended Truett-McConnell College, Bel mont University, and then graduated from Piedmont College with an Early Childhood Education Degree. He received his Media Specialist Degree from the University of Georgia. Jerry was an educator in the Banks County School System for 29 years, as a 2nd grade teacher and Media Specialist. He served as Pastor, Associate Pastor, Interim Pastor and Senior Adult Pastor for numerous churches in Stephens, Banks, Franklin, Hart and Habersham counties. Jer ry was ordained as a Baptist Minister on December 17,1968. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Pat Stowe Moore; brother-in-law, Rev. Walter Gilbert; sister-in-law, Susan Stowe; and his father-in-law, George W. Osborn. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Erlene Osborn Stowe, of the home; son and daughter-in- law, Matthew and Elizabeth Stowe, Huntsville, Ala.; daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Andy Duke, Windsor, Colo.; grandchildren, Presley and Grayson Stowe, Kyndall White, Scott White, Layne Stowe and Ethan and Chloe Duke; mother-in-law, Juanita Crocker Osborn, Homer; brother and sister-in-law, Rev.
