towns. All of the units will
be vacant. Separate con
tracts may be awarded to
several of the lower cost
responsible bidders for
the lowest bid amount and
the Maintenance Manager
at his/her sole discretion
shall make the actual as
signments and work orders
during the contract year.
The total number of units
to be painted will vary, but
the number could be up to
three hundred (300) per
year. The painting contract
will be for three (3) years.
Please give a unit price
for each bedroom size,
plus a second coat unit
price for walls and ceilings.
The housing authority will
also consider bids for the
painting of exterior railings
and posts. Most of the
units will be one, two or
three bedrooms with one
bath. The housing author
ity will supply the paint and
primer.
