The Northeast Georgia
Housing Authority serving
Clarkesville, Cleveland,
Cornelia, Demorest, Hel
en, Homer, and Toccoa,
Georgia is requesting pro
posals for pest control ser
vices for 763 units. Con
tract will be awarded to the
firm whose proposal best
meets the current needs
and requirements of the
housing authority. Selec
tion criteria will include, but
not be limited to: evidence
of ability to perform the
work required; qualifica
tions; relevant experience;
capability of completing the
work as required, price and
other related factors.
You may pick up a pro
posal packet at the Mainte
nance Department, located
at 14 Kyte Street, Toccoa,
Georgia, or you may call
(706) 886-7326 to request
a proposal packet by mail.
Please submit your sealed
proposal by 3:00 PM on
October 17, 2023 to the
Northeast Georgia Hous
ing Authority at 437 S.
Pond St., PO. Drawer J,

opening of proposals will
begin at this time.
