eral. I think I saw another policeman.

men they were very close together. Bill
(-ash then stepped back hardly a yard and
shot, Holland. No pistol was fired before

nit**, ('ash commenced the firing. Couldn't
see well after the first shot. Went up and
saw Holland lying on iiis face in the street.
Did not aee anybody shoot after Holland
fell. Saw a man running toward AUdl's
store, and a man with grey coat shooting
at him. He shot at him once or twice.

Think Holland fell after first shot. lie
either stepped back or fell back. Cash

third. Cash and Holland drew about same
