The Methodists of Indiana purpose to hold "a grand educational reun ion” at Indianapolis, September 14th. It will be in tho interest of Indiana Asbury University, Greencastle. The Rev. 11. Cnaunoey Kiley states that tho “Church of Jesus” in Mexi co, which ho lias been largely con cerned in founding, now numbers 50 congregations, some of them self supporting. Tne fiftieth anniversary of the Episcopate of Archbishop Mac Hale of the Homan Catholic Diocese of Tuam, Ireland, was celebrated with much pomp, June 8-9th. A marble statue of the Archbishop was unvail ed. The Union Conference which the OU Catholics propose to hold at Bonn will open August 15th, aud con tinue in session about three days. I luring July and August Bishop lteiukens will hold seven continua tions in the Palatinate,aud visit the Old Catholic congregations in West phalia and Baden.
