Haul hern Crop*. The plentiful rain in this part of the county on Tuesday last, will, we are informed, nearly make the corn crop. —liatcsville (Ark.) Times, 8. More wheat has been raised and the prospects for a large corn and cotton crop are better than ever known.whilo in this county every thing is lovely, and both corn and cotton will yield handsomely, unless overtaken by evils not anticipated. —Camden (Ark.) Beacon, 10th. We had a light shower her Wed nesday-about enough to lay tho dust, but not as much os Is needed. A good gentle, souking rain in this loelity now would be of groat benefit to the crops. All the news of the day will be found in it, condensed when unimportant, at full length when of moment, and always, we trust, treated in a clear, interesting and instruct ive manner. It bcluugs to no party, and obeys no dictation, contending for principle, and lor the election of the best men. It exposes the corrup tion that disgraces the country and threatens the overthrow of republican institutions. It has no fear of knaves, and seeks no favors from their supporters. The markets of every kind and the fashions are regularly reported. The price ef the WEEKLY SUN is one dollar a year for a sheet of eight pages, and fifty-six col umns. As this barely pays the expenses of paper and printing, we are not able to make any dis count or allow any premium to friends who may make special efforts to extend its circulation. Under the new law, which requires payment of postage in advance, one dollar a year, with twenty cents the cost of prepaid postage added, is the rate of subscription. It is not necessary to get up a club in order to have the Weekly Sun at this rate. Any one who sends one dollar and twenty cents will get the paper, postpaid for one year. Jordan, Esq.—Dear Sir: So well pleaded am 1 with your Joyous Julep, that I hereby tes tify to the superior merit of your unequaled preparation for Neuralgia. I shall esteem my self happy should even one of that worst of all classes of sufferers be led through me to take the Jiflep. My wife has for ten (10) years been a mar tyr to the most malignant and persistent neural gic torture, without being able to find any relief except from your preparation. She was relieved by the second dose as per directions, and has not had a return of it for two months. To some I may seem strangely sanguine about your medi cine, but I have a right to be ho. It is not rea sonable to suppose this malignant malady would have died of sheer exhaustion of capacity for sustaining itself, and that too in a minute, and the very minute your medicine wu taken. If so, it is a most remarkable, simple cmhcidence, and I prefer giving the credit in your favor of the best testimony man can ever have—experience. Vary truly yours, JAMES T. TOSH. Columbus, January 16,1875. Mr.Jordan:—l take great pleasure in rocoin : mending your Joyous Julep for neuralgia, has produced a most wonderful relief in one o * j the severest attacks of neuralgia my daughter j ever has had. She has been treated for it by I three skillful physicians, with very little benefit, and used all the usual remedies with little suc ! cess. I can with much confidence hope for a per i nianent cure. It is only two days since we began i the use of it, and it is apparently of permanent benefit. Yours, with respect, MRS. L. I. NOBMAN. .101 l A 1,. JO Kill A, A potliccnry.
