Griffiths, surviving copartner of the firm of
Thomas M. Mayhew & Company; said judg
ment being transferred to Mrs. Jane Mayhew,
widow of Thomas M. Mayhew, of said firm, and
the conveyance of the land described having
been made in settlement and cancellation of
said judgment' said deed to the said Mrs. Jane
Mayhew being dated the 28th day of February,
