MORE SOLDIERS Must Be Sent to China at Once—Special Session of Congress. (Special to The Times.) Washington, July 14. —In official circles it is gener erally thought here that President McKinley will call an extra session of congress at once to deal with the China situation and to arrange for more troops. It is a well known fact that few, if any more volunteers can be sent to China and the only way to supply the demand for troops there is, is byxalhng an extra session of congress and get it to authorize more troops.
