CANAL TO BE BUILT. New York, Aug. 17 —The plans of the syndicate formed to oonsiruot an interocean canal .through Nicaragua are being pushed rapidly forward. The capital needed has been secured aDd tbe concession by tbe government of Nicaragua obtained. Tbe company Is at liberty to oboose any route with in tbe domam of Nicaragua.
