WARPED RAILS DELAV TRAIN. Quitman Aug. 24. —The west bound fast mail train, due here at 1:23 o’clock, uairowly escaped a wreck at Ousley sta- tion. Two rails hecame badly warped today by the excessive heat, but as the train had not got under headway after leaving the station, it was brought to a standstill before reaching the bent rails The train was delayed about three hours.
