The case was that of William Brad ford ve. Samuel Benedict Memorial school at Odartowo. Sometime ago a pupil was expelled from the school for refuting to enter Into a debate when be waa instructed to do eo. Mr. Bradford argued that a task kal been put before the child that was beyond its years, and he would not uphold the doing of the lack . When tbs pupil wae expelled for re futing to comply, Bradford entered suit, and the court has just deeded in favor of the school.
