Tbe libellants are Boatswain Miguel Felipe and eight abls seamen of the crew. Miguel, the boatswain, has not been paid for seven months and olai ms the Pablo’s master and owner* are indebt* ed to him in tbe aum of *lO5. Tbe other libellants, able seamen, are due their wages for four months and twenty days, amounting to $56 each. The whole amount claimed is (553. According to the allegations of tbe libel, tbe Pablo baa bad shard time of it.
