Of this number Elbert, Emannel, Laurens, Lowndes, Tattnall and Buildok are new camera, two-of them beiog in the Eleventh Congressional Blfetriot. Ber rien and Screven counties narrowly missed getting into this list, the form, er having 19,542 and tbe latter 19.252 population, only a few hundred each behind the Hit on the list, Elbert be ing the only county on the list to get in with less than 20,600 population, Tbe counties which lose a represen tative each are Greene, Hanoook, Htr rls, Jefferson, Oglethorpe, and Pulas ki, all except tbe latter baing in Mid dle Georgia.
